Return Policy

Returns
We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product (exception of earrings, related to hygiene). 

If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing and unused. If the goods are damaged or incomplete then All the Luck in the World is not obliged to take back the item. In case you are in doubt if your return meets these conditions, please contact us before returning. If you are returning your order, please fill in the return form, without this return form we can NOT process the return.

Costs
Items bought in the webshop can also be exchanged or returned at the All the Luck in the World store in Amsterdam. However money is refunded back via the payment method you used to make the purchase.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. All the Luck in the World shall not reimburse your shipping costs.

We advise to ship your package with a tracking code, we are not responsible for lost returns.

Warranty

ATLITW Studio provides 1 month warranty on the jewelry. You can only claim our warranty if the jewelry was purchased through our website www.alltheluckintheworld.nl or through one of our own stores in purchased. For a defect in a piece of jewelry, email [email protected]. To make it as easy as possible for us to help you, we kindly ask you to send us the order number of your order or the receipt from your purchase and pictures of the damaged product.

The ATLITW Studio warranty does not apply in the following cases:

in case of theft or loss;
intentional damage;
damage as a result of improper use such as, scratches, dents or falls;
water and chemical damage;
normal wear and tear and aging of materials; or
For damage caused by negligence.

Refunds
When the returned goods have reached our warehouse, we will refund your order as soon as possible with a maximum of 30 days (normally within 10 days).
